Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting for the release of "Iron Man 3" to theaters. On Monday, Feb. 4, Coming Soon shared new photos released for the film. The release of the third "Iron Man" installment is getting closer, and now fans are being given more inside scoop on what is coming for them when the film is released. The new photos are taken from scenes shown in the latest "Iron Man 3" preview. Iron Man is shown trying to rescue a number of people that have been blown out of a plane in flight. Don Cheadle is also featured in the new photos as his character in the film.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Robert Downey Jr. teased a bit about Ben Kingley's part in the film. Kingsley plays the villain in this installment of "Iron Man." He said the following, according to EW:
"Sir Ben is probably going to steal the movie. There are a lot of contenders who may, but right now he’s probably at the top of that list. He came in as, obviously – speaking of training – as such a technically proficient instrument. And then what proceeded to happen was the release of more vintage, old-school Favreau [improv] stuff with a Shane Black twist on it. It was kind of frightening to witness, I’ll tell you that much."
As for what is next for Marvel, the plans are being put in motion for "Avengers 3" already, and it will involve more of Hulk. "Avengers 2" will send Hulk into space, according to Digital Spy. The character will return to Earth angry in "Avengers 3." Before "Avengers 3" though, Hulk will see his own film that will be a take on "Planet Hulk."
Fans are buzzing about Marvel and its films on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
Watched the #IronMan3 Superbowl clip oooh excited for it! Hoping going to see that will be my birthday treat hehe!
Scottsdale residents will be able to see "Iron Man 3" at the Harkins Scottsdale Fashion Square 7 or at another local theater in the area once it is released on May 3.
