A new iPhone release date could be announced this spring. According to rumors, an iPhone 5s and/or an iPhone 6 could be released this summer. On March 4, Vibe reported that Apple will likely release an iPhone 5s some time in August of 2013. An iPhone 6 is more unlikely -- but you never know.
So what will the latest iPhone have that the current iPhone doesn't? For starters, Apple might offer the phone in a variety of colors that extend past the white and black. Also rumored? Fingerprint technology that will give iPhone users more privacy features. Apple has not confirmed any of these rumors, but this is what is creeping around the internet today.
The new iPhone release date will be announced some time soon, that is, of course, if Apple is planning on releasing a new version of their uber-popular phone in 2013. The company is always reinventing and adding features that many iPhone users seem to love. In fact, there are people who purchase a new model iPhone every time one becomes available, just because they love the newer technology.
Some would think that Apple sales would be down given the high cost of these new phones, but that is not the case. According to Vibe, the company sold 47.8 million units in the fall months alone. Will you be getting the iPhone 5s or 6 whenever it's released?
Will the new iPhone release date be confirmed by Apple soon? Many hope so.
