New housewife makes racist comment to daughter (Video)

Bravo’s, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has definitely had its moments of controversy. Season 1 seemed to revolve around Camille Grammer and her pending divorce and season 2 dealt with the abuse allegations with Taylor Armstrong’s husband who later committed suicide. Season 3 definitely hasn’t disappointed with the emergence of a new housewife, ex-wife of Mohammed Hadid, Yolanda H. Foster.

Yolanda is currently married to 16th Grammy Award winner David Foster. Yolanda recently made some controversial comments on the latest episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, while on a photoshoot with her teen daughter. Yolanda hovered on her daughter during the entire process and then made some comments to the makeup artist, insisting she used more rounded eye makeup so her daughter doesn’t look Chinese.

Yolanda continued to make Chinese comments and was even quoted by US Magazine when they released an article saying, “As far as makeup was concerned, Foster berated the teen for wearing eye makeup that is Chinese looking.”

This is a surprising comment from a woman married to David Foster. David Foster is one of the principal sponsors of Filipino singing sensation, Charice Pempengco. David Foster is a godparent to Charice and has been pivotal in molding her career. From someone who should be more sensitive to Asian culture, Yolanda doesn’t seem to have the same savvy in navigating politically correct language involving the Asian community.
