FEATURED EVENT: NEW HARMONY AT SHIPPS BAPTIST CHURCH IN GURLEY
New Harmony will be in concert at Shipps Baptist Church in Gurley, Alabama, on Friday, August 22. The concert, which will feature the Southern Gospel sounds of New Harmony, will begin at 7:00 p.m. Shipps Baptist Church is located on Little Cove Road south of U.S. Highway 72 in Gurley, Alabama.

KILLEN FOUNDERS DAY will be held at Killen Park in Killen, Alabama, on Friday, August 22, and Saturday, August 23.
WEST TENNESSEE VALLEY RALLY will be held in Morris Chapel, Tennessee, from Thursday, August 21, through Monday, August 25.
DARIUS RUCKER will be in concert Sunday, August 24, at Redstone Arsenal. The concert will begin at 3 p.m.
MAKING SORGHUM MOLASSES will be held at Burritt on the Mountain on Tuesday, August 19, at 2 p.m.
NATURAL DYEING will be held at Burritt on the Mountain on Saturday, August 23, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are required.
THE HOME BUILDING AND REMODELING SHOW will be held at the VBC from Friday, August 22, through Sunday, August 24.
WORLD WAR I: A CENTENNIAL LOOK BACK will be held at the Downtown Huntsville Library on Wednesday, August 20, from 6:30-9:00 p.m.
HUNTSVILLE RESTAURANT WEEK will continue at multiple Huntsville and Madison County restaurants through Sunday, August 24.
LOGAN TANNER will be in concert at Lowe Mill on Wednesday, August 20, at 6 p.m.
