On Saturday, Celeb Buzz shared the latest photos from the set of the film featuring Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan, and Tobey Maguire. Check out the new photos here. As for DiCaprio, another one of his film's is in the news this week. That film is the current release of J. Edgar directed by Clint Eastwood. The film is coming under fire for the portrayal of J. Edgar that shows him as a man with a gay lover, his assistant Clyde Tolson. According to Time, former FBI agents are not happy with this portrayal. The former agent, Gregg Schwarz, even took his displeasure public and posted a video on YouTube. Schwarz said the following in his video:
"Mr. Hoover was portrayed as an individual who had homosexual tendencies and was a tyrannical monster…That is clearly not true."
The film is already receiving Oscar buzz, and it could send DiCaprio home with an award for his portrayal of Hoover. As for Great Gatsby, fans have a year to wait for that film's release.
Fans are constantly buzzing about this actor and his work on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
Watching Romeo and Juliet with Leonardo DiCaprio ... Simply because everyone dies. Love kills. Literally.
The Great Gatsby is currently set for release to Scottsdale theaters in December 2012.
