Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting to see Ryan Gosling again on the big screen. On Tuesday, Celeb Buzz shared the latest photos of the actor on the set of The Gangster Squad. However, fans can head to theaters in Scottsdale to check out the actor in Ides of March. That film will be released on Friday. Check out the new photos here. In Ides of March, Gosling is playing a campaign manager that has plans of his own for his candidate, played in this film by George Clooney. Clooney also directs the film. In a recent interview released by Screen Crave, Gosling said the following about his character:
I thought that his dilemma was a very strong one to play because I think he’s someone who wants to be effective and make change and change people’s lives, had good intentions. But he can only be effective if he gets into the White House and if his candidate is going to lose then he’s not going to be able to make change. So, he’s faced with this moral dilemma of whether he should jump ship or dance with the one that brung him.
As for his upcoming release, The Gangster Squad, Gosling plays a cop that is looking to take down the mafia back in the 1950s.

The Gangster Squad will hit Scottsdale theaters in 2012. Ides of March can be seen starting Friday.
