Just in time for the holidays, Rebecca Frezza and Big Truck launch their fifth CD, Rockin’ Rollin’ and Ridin’, 23-minutes of kid-friendly music that features not only six new Rebecca Frezza songs, but two special remixed audio tracks and an adorable bonus video.
The newly released EP packs a lot of children’s entertainment and makes a perfect first-night Chanukah gift or great stocking stuffer, priced at $8.99.
Frezza, an accomplished children’s singer and songwriter, whose music has garnered honors and awards from Parents’ Choice, NAPPA, Children’s Music Web, iParenting Media, Parents’ Guide to Children’s Media, and Dr. Toy, began her entertainment career dancing and acting in regional productions such as West Side Story and then touring internationally in all-time hits, A Chorus Line and Evita.
For the past several years, Frezza and her long-time band members, known as, “Big Truck” have been familiar music favorites to kids nationwide with top spot exposure on XM Sirius radio, live concert performances at prestigious venues such as Myerson Symphony Center (home of the Dallas Symphony) and Philadelphia’s Kimmel Center, in addition to their music videos, which air on the Noggin Channel and PBS KIDS.
The Rockin’, Rollin’ and Ridin’ song list includes: "Big Truck "(remix); "Rock Like This"; "Hey-0"; "Motorcycle Boy"; "Robot Dancer"; "Rocketship"; "Smiling Moon"; BONUS TRACK "Superman" (remix) plus Big Truck Music Video, where all the band members hop onboard the yellow cartoon truck to sing this happy and energizing song.
With a cohesive sound and lots of pizzazz in this new release, Frezza is joined by band mates, Ivan Max (guitars); Beth Adleman (flute/bongos/percussion); Kellen Harrison (Bass); Shawn Baltazor (drums/ keyboard); Dania Liberti (backing vocals); Fran Baltzer (backing vocals) and guest artist Roscoe Orman, (actor/ entertainer/ writer/ lecturer and children’s advocate ) who is affectionately known by millions as “Gordon Robinson” from PBS-TV’s Sesame Street. (Orman’s distinctive voice, trading call-and-responses will be delightfully recognized on the Hey-O number.)
