New four course brunch at The Big Easy

Located in Hyde Park, The Big Easy features a menu that specializes in Cajun, Creole, and Southern cuisine. Now brunch fans can enjoy their new $13.95 four-course-brunch. This meal package includes your choice of entree and dessert, as well as a glass of strawberry/orange punch, a basket of warm cinnamon-raisin whole wheat muffins, and a fruit cup.

Choose from five different Southern-style entrees including Stuffed Jambalaya, which is shrimp, andouille and roasted chicken that is stuffed in a crunchy chicken breast. Looking for something sweet? Try their Jumbo French Toast, which is made with thick slices of challah bread and served with Canadian bacon and scrambled eggs. Also on the menu: Louisiana Catfish, Roasted Honey-Lemon Chicken, and Honey-hickory BBQ Medley platter; which all include a side of eggs and roasted potatoes. Save room for the final course of your brunch. Dessert options include delectable treats like Pecan Pie, Peach Cobbler Brownie, Carrot Cake, Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake, and Beignets, just to name a few.
