Exciting changes coming to the Holiday Inn Oceanfront in Ocean City! By Mid-May they will be welcoming a new restaurant called Touch of Italy. Did you know? Touch of Italy's Trattorias, Salumerias, and Pasticcera's were born from two Italian family traditions that trace back to the late 1800's. Touch of Italy will be offering fresh items like handmade mozzarella cheese, pasta, pizza, cookies and crispy bread, as well as high quality imported items from Italy.
Not only will Touch of Italy be bringing in their fresh, authentic Italian cuisine, they will be completely remodeling and updating the restaurant. Check out a glimpse of the the progress that has already been made in a photo attached.
According to Touch of Italy co-owner Bobby Cipretti, “We will have wine pairings, cooking classes, all kinds of stuff going on.” Cipretti goes on to state that. “We are focused on family. Our traditional Sunday night Italian dinner is important to us, and it is important kids and families can come to Touch of Italy more than once a week or on a special occasion. We should be a staple, and our price points will enable that.”
