New Director of Strength & Conditioning/Head Trainer at TNT

There's a new trainer in town, and he's at Top Notch Trainers.

Austin Addington-Strapp has recently joined the team at TNT as Director of Strength & Conditioning and Head Trainer. With a BS in Sport Management and a Masters of Sport Administration/Kinesiology, he's a natural choice to join the team.

In addition to training for TNT, Austin splits his time teaching as an Adjunct Professor for Kinesiology at Columbus State Community College and serving as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for both the baseball and softball teams at Ohio Dominican University.

Not only is he an educated and experienced trainer, but he's also personable and just a genuinely nice guy! I had the pleasure of sitting with him and learning about his education and past experience, but what I remember the most was his sincere passion for this field and his heartfelt dedication to helping people lead a better life.
