New details for Xbox 720's Alan Wake 2 surface

This year will continue to see a massive unveiling of new content and tech, and it seems as though some of that new gaming will not only be coming from Microsoft, but Remedy Entertainment as well.

According to a report from GTR yesterday, Remedy Entertainment is looking for new talent that will be able to harness the capabilities of next-generation consoles.

Some of the next-generation gaming positions that are currently open are titles such as: Senior Gameplay Animator, Character Technical Artist, QA Manager, Technical Artist (iOS), Backend Programmer (iOS), Senior Tools Programmer, Lead Tools Programmer, Graphics Programmer, Junior Animation Programmer and Animation Programmer.

Remedy also stated their intentions for these positions by saying, "We are continuously expanding and are looking for talented folks to join both our Digital and AAA teams.

"If you have a passion for mobile and tablet game development or AAA is more your thing, apply for either our unannounced iOS project or our unannounced AAA project for future generation consoles."

Back during the beginning of this year, "Alan Wake" and "Max Payne" writer, Sam Lake also tweeted out that gamers will be able to hear what Remedy has been up to sometime this year.

"Happy new year, all you lovely people! In 2013 we can finally start revealing what we've been up to. Can hardly wait. It'll be cool," Lake said.

Many people believe these indications are for an upcoming sequel, "Alan Wake 2."

Would you want to see another "Alan Wake?"
