Movie fans in Scottsdale are ready and waiting for the release of The Dark Knight Rises. A lot of information and photos have been released from the set in the past few days, and now some more have surfaced. On Monday, Caught on Set shared the latest photos from the set featuring Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, and Christian Bale. Check out the new photos released here. The Dark Knight Rises has been in production since the summer, but filming will soon wrap. Both Christian Bale and Anne Hathaway have already lined up their next projects. The Film School Rejects recently reported that Christian Bale was signed on to appear in Lawless. That is the next film project from Terrence Malick. Not much is known about the plot of the film at this time, but the film will also star Ryan Gosling, Rooney Mara, Cate Blanchett, and Haley Bennett. Filming for that project has just started.
As for Hathaway, it was reported recently by The Hollywood Reporter that she was cast Les Misérables as Fantine. That film will also feature Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe as part of the cast, and it is set for release in December 2012.
Fans are ready to see what happens when this film is released to the big screen this summer. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
