According to a Mar. 5 report in “All App News”, Disney has just released a cool new game called “Temple Run: Oz”. This game ties in with the release of...yep, you've got it..Disney's new movie “Oz the Great and Powerful”, which hits theaters on Friday.
This is the second collaborative effort by Disney and Imangi Studios (the developer of Temple Run). Their previous collaboration was “Temple Run: Brave”.
In this new cool game, “Temple Run: Oz”, you are Oz (a circus magician) trying to outrun flying baboons across a magical land. Just follow the sign posts to explore the stunning locations inspired by the spectacular 3D environments of the film. You'll even fly in a hot air balloon! This endless runner is loads of fun. This app is 99 cents but, because the app credits you with 1500 coins (worth 99 cents) for power-ups and other IAPs when you download it, this app is actually free.
A cool new game which is totally free is “iBomber Attack”. The “iBomber” part of this name is a little misleading—you have a tank, not a bomber, but the “Attack” part is dead accurate. You'll find lots of action and explosions as you drive and fight your way across through Europe during WWII.
There are 24 missions where you'll find your tank destroying secret bases, flame-throwing soldiers, airfields, navel dockyards and more in Campaign or Challenge mode. There is gold to loot so you can upgrade your tank, airstrikes to call when you need help and supply drops if necessary.
This game plays very smooth and is compatible with iPad, iPhone and iPod touch that is running iOS 4.3+.
