On Nov. 1, President Obama signed a new climate change Executive Order (E.O.) which will have a massive impact on businesses, industry, water, and energy. This new E.O., titled, Preparing the United States for the Impacts of Climate Change, is a major initiative that affects nearly every facet of society and could quickly devastate what remains of our fledgeling economy.
Section 1. Policy. The impacts of climate change -- including an increase in prolonged periods of excessively high temperatures, more heavy downpours, an increase in wildfires, more severe droughts, permafrost thawing, ocean acidification, and sea-level rise -- are already affecting communities, natural resources, ecosystems, economies, and public health across the Nation. These impacts are often most significant for communities that already face economic or health-related challenges, and for species and habitats that are already facing other pressures. Managing these risks requires deliberate preparation, close cooperation, and coordinated planning by the Federal Government, as well as by stakeholders, to facilitate Federal, State, local, tribal, private-sector, and nonprofit-sector efforts to improve climate preparedness and resilience; help safeguard our economy, infrastructure, environment, and natural resources; and provide for the continuity of executive department and agency (agency) operations, services, and programs.
(iii) facilitate the integration of climate science in policies and planning of government agencies and the private sector, including by promoting the development of innovative, actionable, and accessible Federal climate change related information, data, and tools at appropriate scales for decisionmakers and deployment of this information through a Government-wide web-based portal, as described in section 4 of this order - White House.gov
Through a Previous Executive Order singed in 2009, the President used the office of the EPA to shutdown many coal plants which at the time, provided 50% of all electricity and 25% of the the total energy used nationwide. These efforts led to the closing of 175 working coal plants since Obama took office, at the cost of tens of thousands of jobs to working Americans who are no longer employed.
Additionally, the President has wasted billions of dollars in taxpayer funds to support alternative energy companies that have failed in their mission, or went bankrupt within a few years of receiving government monies.
Climate change science has morphed from its previous title of man-made global warming into a generic umbrella through which businessmen like Al Gore seek to profit from by creating carbon credit exchanges. The original concept of global warming has been proven false, with many scientists and experts discovered to have falsified research and data to support their flawed beliefs. The fact remains however, that the earth has actually been cooling for more than a decade, and most government funded scientists often publish research that supports political agendas, rather than actual outcomes.
Just when politicians in Europe and America have been adopting the most costly and damaging measures politicians have ever proposed, to combat this supposed menace, the tide has turned in three significant respects.
First, all over the world, temperatures have been dropping in a way wholly unpredicted by all those computer models which have been used as the main drivers of the scare. - Telegraph
The evidence proves that climate change is simply a natural event that occurs in cycles throughout the history of our planet, and rotates between warming and cooling periods that have nothing to do with actions by man. However, like the growing fraud that is national healthcare, today's new Executive Order will be little more than a way to funnel money away from productive industries like energy, or households that run off the current electrical grid, and create an outcome where the final result will be devastation in what remains of our nations economy.
