Stanley Tucci has been out promoting his current release, "Jack the Giant Slayer," but that didn't stop him from talking about "The Hunger Games." The actor is behind the character Caesar Flickerman in the film franchise, and he spoke about the change in directors that happened after production wrapped on the first film. He said the following in a new interview, according to Hypable:
"Gary I think did an amazing job on the first movie. They’re very different directors, but I think Francis is maintaining – without question – the integrity of those characters and being very true to the book – as true to the books and screenplay as possible. I think he’s a very wonderful director. Gary’s very talkative and gregarious and Francis is very quiet."
The cast of this film, including Jennifer Lawrence, had to return to production for re-shoots last month, but the film is still on schedule for release later this year. Fans are buzzing about the pending release of this film on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
I cannot wait to go watch Catching Fire! #NotGonnaReadTheBookThisTime #CantWait #CatchingFire #Gale.
Scottsdale residents will be able to see this film at the Harkins Scottsdale Fashion Square 7 or at another local theater in the area once it is released.
