The Saint Peter Herold recently reported that the renovations planned for the city's only grocery store, Econofoods, would include the addition of a Caribou Coffee. This would be only the second coffee shop in this town; the other is the local favorite River Rock Coffee.
The city of Saint Peter, Minn. is home to about 11,000 citizens and about 12 miles outside of Mankato. Saint Peter also is home to Gustavus Adolphus College, which educates approximately 2,600 students.
Many people, especially the college students, are looking forward to the addition of Caribou Coffee in Saint Peter.
