Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting for the release of Burt Wonderstone. On Saturday, Movie Web shared the latest photos from the set of the film featuring Jim Carrey. Carrey is keeping himself busy. He had already landed another film project, and it is a bit of a return for him. According to The New York Daily News, there is a sequel in the works for Bruce Almighty, and Carrey will return for the film in the title role. Bruce Almighty was a hit released in 2003. The film also starred Jennifer Aniston and Morgan Freeman. A spin-off from the film, titled Evan Almighty, featuring his Burt Wonderstone co-star Steve Carell was released in 2007.
No word yet on when this sequel will go into production or be released. Burt Wonderstone began production last week. Fans are buzzing about this actor and his work on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
