Radoslaw Czerkawski, 32 has been arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice in Quincy, Mass. Puppy Doe case according to late breaking news on Monday afternoon according to necn.com of New Britain, Conn.
As Quincy detectives have been receiving and following up on hundreds of leads about the egregious animal cruelty case which has garnered national and international news because of the young pit bull's horrific injuries described by authorities as being "sadistic," on Sunday information began to surface about a particular person of interest in Connecticut authorities planned to interview on Monday.
Captain John Dugan has declined giving any statements, however Czerkawski has allegedly been charged with misleading a police investigation.
The Justice for Puppy Doe Facebook page continues to rally support and hope that the culprit responsible for such a reprehensible deed to an innocent dog is arrested and punished to the highest extent of the law.
