Fitness Boot Camp has arrived at the Victoria Recreation Center.
Here is what you can expect:
- Professional Fitness instruction
- Increasing full body workout intensity
Boot Camp meets twice a week for eight weeks. This program is what you need to help maintain your health and fitness focus. Boot Camp will challenge you physically. It will motivate and encourage you
mentally. Your Boot Camp instructor will lead you through 16 one hour group workouts.
