New Body Beast contest released by Beachbody will have 4 Grand Prize Winners

Home fitness programs have gained a lot of popularity of late. The success of P90X and the popularity of INSANITY have set the precedence in the DVD Workout Program market. The majority of home fitness programs focus on fat loss and athletic performance. The convenience of engaging in the workouts in the comfort of and convenience of your own home has attracted many people who, otherwise, would not pick up a weight or break a sweat.

Body Beast 12 Week Transformation Contest

Beachbody attempted to raise the bar and take home fitness to a new level, with the start of new Bodybuilding Contest that you can do at home.

The Body Beast 12 Week Transformation Contest begins March 3rd, (though you can enter as late as March 9th) and ends on June 2nd.

For 12 weeks, participants will work out at home (or the gym) using the Body Beast DVD’s and submit their progress photo’s every 30 days.

Body Beast was release by Beachbody in 2012 and features World Renowned trainer, Sagi Kalev. He is a Clinical Nutritionist. He is has been a Certified Pro Personal Trainer and currently lives in Dallas, Tx.
Kalev has a degree in Physical Education and nutrition and has been on the cover of countless Health and Fitness Magazines to include Men’s Health, Mens Fitness and others.

Beachbody states:

“During each submission period, Contestants must submit two photos (front and side view) on Day 1, DAY 30 and DAY 60 AND DAY 90 (“Submission Period”). The winner will be announced on or before TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2014 at 9 a.m. PT.”

The judging period will begin on June 17th and conclude on July 1st. The potential winners will be announced by Beachbody on July 1, 2014. Beachbody will choose four grand prize winners, “a male winner, female winner and best “couple” transformation.”

Contestants must use the Body Beast program (or the popular Challenge Pack), complete at least 10 weeks, submit all the required photos (within the allotted time), provide their general information. and are encouraged to participate in a Challenge Group.
