New Belgium Clips of Faith Beer and Film Tour comes to Kansas City

New Belgium's Clips of Faith Beer and Film Tour will be making it's third of fourteen stops in Kansas City. The traveling festival showcases the creativity of its fans as well as its brewers. Attendees will be shown a collection of fan submitted short films while being able to sample some beers from New Belgium's Lips of Faith specialty series. Here is a beer list from the St. Louis leg of the tour.

The event kicks off this Friday evening at 7:30pm in Theis Park. I believe entry is free and tokens may be purchased for beer samples. There will also be food vendors and merchandise for sale. All profits from beer and merchandise sales will benefit the Missouri Bicycle & Pedestrian Federation. Much more info can be found at their website. Make sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. Bringing your own food is fine, however the only alcohol allowed in the park will be what is provided by New Belgium.

Update: New Belgium Beer Ranger, Adam Satz had additional information. He said there will be one additional beer--the brand new Belgo-IPA. Also admission is free and there will be locally-grown food for sale from Farmhouse Restaurant in River Market. Thanks Adam!
