Wow! What a testimony! Thank you for sharing it.

Our situation is very much the same. My husband, Dan, learned he would be laid off from his job of 29 years in January of '09', after the family who owned the company he worked for sold it. My job wasn't looking very promising either with my responsibilities being taken away and given to others to manage. We decided that with his experience in production and my 22 years experience in picture framing (doing it as a side business from our home to supplement our income), we would start a gallery/frame shop. We opened in January 2010. We have experienced God's guidance every step of the way. It takes time to build a business, but, we are hopeful for the future and thankful for what God is doing.

It is comforting to know that there are others like us who are beginning again. Your story encourages us - we hope ours will encourage you, too.

    Ginny,
Thanks for sharing your testimony. It really helps to see how God takes a negative and turns everything around. What an encouragement!
