Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting for the release of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" to theaters. On Monday, March 4, Movie Web shared new photos from the set of the film featuring Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield. The actor was not seen in his Spider-Man costume in these new photos. Emma Stone has been busy on set for this new film. "Amazing Spider-Man 2" will continue to show Gwen Stacy's relationship with Peter Parker, and he will continue to deal with his dual life as his high school graduation approaches. Emma Stone spoke about the script of the film in an interview. She said the following, according to Movie Web:
"The script is very, very good. I'm very much looking forward to it. I'm very happy that our first one was received so well, it'll be cool in the next one to see how Gwen and Peter bridge that distance that was between us at the end of it. I think the way it all unfolds is pretty neat. And I hope they continue letting Gwen be heroic, I think they might!"
This film is currently in production in New York City, and these new photos show Garfield and Stone filming in China Town. Fans are buzzing about this film on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:

Scottsdale residents will be able to see this film at the Harkins Scottsdale Fashion Square 7 or at another local theater in the area once it is released in May 2014.
