Today Feb. 27, 2013 Wizards of the Coast announced that participants at World Magic Cup Qualifier tournaments will receive a promotional alternate art foil Vengevine. Those who make it to the top 8 will also get an exclusive playmat.

Whenever you cast a spell, if it's the second creature spell you cast this turn, you may return Vengevine from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Leave but a shred of root and it will return, bursting with vigor.

World Magic Cup Qualifiers will occur over the course of three weekends: April 6–7, 2013, April 20–21, 2013, and June 1–2, 2013 across 71 countries and the format is Standard.
Players in the USA will need to have accumulated 500 Planeswalker Points to earn an invitation. Exceptions are for "2012–13 Pro Tour Players Club Silver, Gold, and Platinum members and Pro Tour Hall of Famers" won't need to earn the points - they're "automatically invited." Other countries have different point requirements.
Each World Magic Cup Qualifier winner receives plane ticket to the World Magic Cup on August 1-3, 2013 in Amsterdam, Netherlands where they'll compete for their share of a prize purse worth $250,000.
