New 'Alien Spidy' trailer revealed

Today Jan. 25, 2013 Kalypso Media Digital released a new trailer from their upcoming action-adventure platformer "Alien Spidy." The game is currently headed for Xbox LIVE Arcade, PlayStation 3, Mac, and Windows PC in "early 2013."

The new video follows the protagonist "as he maneuvers past lazy sloths, needle-shooting hedgehogs, ravenous fish, and pesky mosquitos in order to save his friend Virgi, collect lost parts of his space craft, and return to his home planet, in this side-scrolling action-adventure title."

I've had a chance to preview the game, which features vibrant colors and brutally addictive game play. I died. A lot. If you're a fan of "Limbo" or "Super Meat Boy," then "Alien Spidy" is right up your alley and you'll certainly want pick it up a copy when it comes out in a few months.

"Alien Spidy" is being published by Kalypso Media and developed by Enigma Software. Alien Spidy is rated E for Everybody with Comedic Mischief by the ESRB.
