Tip #2- Try sticking to your normal routine and making adjustments as needed.

Tip#3- Try changing the dynamics of your workout by increasing your motivation by working out with a partner or group.

Tip#4- Add something new to your routine like taking a yoga or Pilates class to build a strong core or lean muscle arms.
