Never give up...never give up....never give up

Yeah, yeah, yeah....this is supposed to be Saturday's Sensational Senior.  That's what this feature was designed for, to spotlight a senior that, in most cases, has yet to discover they are one.

However, in searching and discovering many phenomenal seniors, thanks to growing bolder.com, I have discovered they all share one thing in common...an indefatigable positive attitude.  A 'don't give up attitude,' whatever challenge they may face.

The subject of this week's focus is no different.

Jennifer Field, 17, was a nationally ranked dressage rider, an Olympic hopeful, with a certainly stellar career in her future, when a terrible car accident left her comatose, severely brain damaged...and not breathing.

Few thought Jennifer would survive.  But she did.  Few thought her condition would improve.  In fact, her doctors kept telling her mother, "She will never get better."  But she did.

Her brush with death occurred approximately 18 years ago.

Take a few minutes to be inspired by this week's featured individual, Jennifer Field.  Then visit her JField Foundation, which provides provides hope, support  and direction for the thousands of physically and mentally challenged people who face the same massive challenges that she has confronted in her life.

While she's not yet a senior, her life has brought lessons to seniors...and others.  Meet Jennifer Field...Saturday's Sensational SURVIVOR.  And learn from her.
