Never Forgotten
You sat in your office
Unaware that the life
You knew would soon be altered.
I sat in my home
Holding a wee babe
Shedding tears for your precious life.
You sat in the plane
Terror in your eyes
Screaming your prayers to God
I sat in my home
Watching heroes and sheros
Rushing in to save your life.
Ten years have passed
Many tears have shed
Hearts and wounds are still healing.
No one will forget
The life that was you
For you will never be forgotten!
