Nevada film festival to show Catching on The day the world turned gay short


Catching On: The Day the World turned Gay/Poster

The first annual Nevada Film Festival will be featuring the award winning short "Catching On: The Day the World Turned Gay."

"Catching On," has been chosen as the first recipient of the Best Short at the inaugural year of this festival. The short has also been recognized as an official selection at the 2009 Nevada Film Festival and an official selection at the New Hampshire Film Festival.

A work of short fiction, "Catching on: The Day the World Turned Gay," deals with a straight man who wakes up one day to find that gay marriage is nationally recognized.

This film review will be up early next week.

Associate Producer, Gregory Walsh joins Director Nick Pistorino, writer Michael Lake, and producer   Chuck Pistorino as the talent behind the film . in front of the camera are cast members Wayne Fritsche, Bill Neely, Tony Wright, Brian O'Hara, Ryan Gillis, and Autumn Gillette among others.

This film will be shown at 3:50 at the Rampart Casino at the Resort in Summerlin.
