On Saturday, February 15 TVLine posted the first official teaser trailer and release date for the second season of the Netflix original series "Orange is the New Black," which follows the life of a woman serving out a prison sentence on a decade old drug charge. The series will be returning with thirteen new episodes on Friday, June 6.

The first teaser for the new season, which is only seventeen seconds long, shows glimpses of all the main characters who will be back this season. Piper (Taylor Schilling) still seems a little unhinged after attaching Pennsatucky (Taryn Manning), so does not appear in the trailer.

Red (Kate Mulgrew) it looks like is still not back in charge of the kitchen, and is shown outside watching the food for the prison being unloaded. The Latina women are still the cooks and they are still at odds with Red for trying to sabotage them. Some of the other characters are briefly shown in snippets, but there is no sign of Alex Vause (Laura Prepon).

Prison guard George Mendez (Pablo Schreiber) witness Piper's attack and in the promo he is shown walking up to the fences and putting on his sunglasses. Crazy Eyes (Uzo Aduba) looks like she might be re-creating an explosion, Nicky Nichols (Natasha Lyonne) is smiling at Chapman, Big Boo seems to be laughing while leaving Chapman's bunk area and Daya is standing by a box of punch at a party.
