With yesterday’s iPhone 4 revelation, the world at large is trying to find out everything it can about Apple’s newest piece of tech.  From design specifications, to the hardware in the iPhone 4, to the newest apps that will appear on it, the public can’t get enough of it at the WWDC.  Yesterday, Steve Jobs announced three major apps that will make its way to the iPhone 4 this summer.

One of these apps is Netflix.  It will allow current Netflix owners to tap into their Instant Q and watch any movie they have on it.  According to PCMAG, the app will be free, but require a subscription to their service.  It is supposed to be similar to the iPad version, which makes a lot of sense, as the iPhone 4 will be powered by the iPad CPU.

Another app coming to the iPhone 4 will be Guitar Hero.  The popular music game series has already been released on the app store for the iPhone 3G and 3GS, but it will also make its way onto the iPhone 4.  It will allow you to play music from bands like the White Stripes and Queen, and to make your own virtual musician.

Facebook’s FarmVille fans will be thrilled to know that FarmVille will also be making its way to the iPhone 4.  PCMAG reports that FarmVille’s creator Zynga said that an iPhone version of the game would make its way to the app store sometime in July.

With all these blockbuster apps making their way to the newest iPhone, it seems like Apple is poised for a huge summer in both iPhone and app sales.  The Droid definitely has something to worry about now, as all its momentum gained could be lost in about two weeks when the iPhone is released.  The summer of 2010 seems like it’s going to be synonymous with iPhone 4.
