Nerdist premiers 'Revenge of the Threesome: Star Wars Lightsaber Duel' Saber III

Today May 1, 2014 Nerdist.com premiered their latest Star Wars spoof video: Revenge of the Threesome: Star Wars Lightsaber Duel (Saber III). With the recent announcement of the Star Wars: Episode VII cast and Star Wars: Battlefront on the horizon, this epic Star Wars lightsaber duel between Clare Grant, Rileah Vanderbilt, and Alison Haislip is an absolute geek's delight just in time for "May The Fourth."

What could be more awesome to a Star Wars fan than combining the classic "surprise, surprise, I'm Lando" commercial with a trio of gorgeous women battling with lightsabers? Yes, you read that right. If you haven't already, click the play button to see this amazing video which takes place in the middle of a commercial for Return of the Jedi action figures. Because really, who wouldn't fight over that Gamorrean Guard toy? We certainly would.

Just as epic as the lightsaber battle is the throwback retro 1980's attire everyone's wearing. Astute viewers may even spot a couple of epic cameos: Seth Green, Breckin Meyer, and more.

Written by Adam Green and directed and edited by Joe Lynch, Revenge of the Threesome: Star Wars Lightsaber Duel (Saber III) is utterly hilarious, and we're looking forward to the next installment in the web series.

Those who are unfamiliar with the Saber series can watch Saber here and watch Saber II here. We thoroughly recommend seeing them (in any order) for a few laughs.

When and where can we get some of this fabled "Saber" spray? While it may be a joke, given time and success of the web series there's no doubt it'll actually end up being a real product. We'd rather wear "Saber" than Axe, and Revenge of the Threesome: Star Wars Lightsaber Duel (Saber III) has all the makings of being a real commercial.
