NeNe Leakes says she won't be doing 'RHOA' forever

NeNe Leakes hit it big when she signed on to star in "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" during the show's first seasons. Since then, Leakes has become a fan favorite on the show and gone on to work on several other series including "Glee" and "The New Normal."

On Monday, Leakes furthered her career even more when she made her dancing debut on the hit ABC show, "Dancing With The Stars."

But with all that she has on her plate, many have wondered if Leakes will continue with her role on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." While the show continues to be a success, many have worried that her acting career will only go so far while she's still on the show.

In a new interview with Essence Magazine, Leakes opened up about her future with the Bravo show, confirming that it isn't something she wants to do for the rest of her life.

"This has opened up so many opportunities for me that I'm really grateful for. And I will say that I will continue to do it for as long as I can," Leakes said on March 20. "I don't really know when that will be. But I know that I won't be doing it forever."

For now, Leakes appears to be happy on the series, but if her acting career continues to take off, she'll surely want to cease the opportunities.
