It seems that viewers of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" will indeed see NeNe Leakes having a talk with Cynthia Bailey about the demise of their friendship on the upcoming seventh season. As reported by All About The Real Housewives on Saturday, August 2, NeNe hinted that she and Cynthia worked things out while filming the new season.

In an interview with a magazine, NeNe spoke about her friendship with Cynthia. NeNe revealed that she had never heard of Cynthia until the day producers brought her to her door step for their first day of filming together. She also said that she honestly doesn't know why Cynthia started having a problem with her but that "it was sorted out on season seven for all of [the viewers] to see."

This doesn't necessarily mean, however, that they're back to being friends. NeNe made sure to say that she "had a real friendship" with Cynthia," which seems to indicate that they agreed to disagree and at least be cordial with each other.

Also, just a week ago, NeNe tweeted that she wouldn't be friends with Cynthia even if she had to choose between her, Wendy Williams, Kenya Moore, and Star Jones. NeNe's answer shocked some of her followers.

One thing that is clear is that NeNe doesn't believe that she played a part in the demise of her friendship with Cynthia. She said that she feels that she's a great friend to those who have been a real friend to her. Cynthia Bailey, apparently, is not someone who she thinks was a real friend to her.

So obviously, those rumors that NeNe Leakes wasn't going to return for season seven of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" turned out to be false. NeNe said in her interview that she's not sure why people think that she's out prior to every single season. She pointed out that she just can't quit the show whenever she wants. She explained that she and the other housewives sign contracts so if they're under contract and the producers decide to have them back for another year, they're obligated to do another year.
