This current season of the show has experienced some major changes, including Kim Zolciak’s major walkout and Kenya Moore’s supposed fake relationship. And one person who seems to be in the middle of it because of her outspoken personality about everything is NeNe Leakes. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report released on Jan. 9, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes admits that things have really changed on the show this current season. Of course, she couldn’t be more thrilled that Kim walked out of the brunch with the ladies, and essentially off the show, because the two have not gotten along since their infamous fight on the tour bus during the third season of the show.
More recently, NeNe has spoken out against Kenya Moore’s relationship, claiming that it was wrong of her to fake her relationship with Walter for the show to get an interesting plot line, because lying and faking goes against what the show stands for. And now, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes is speaking out on how the show has changed. “The mood definitely changed once Kim left the show. I feel like the girls get along so much better now that she’s gone,” NeNe dished to Andy Cohen on a recent episode of “Watch What Happens Live.” “However, every girl that has left the show that I began the show with I’ve always felt some kind of way about it. A little part of me felt kind of sad about it because we started this journey together.”
And while NeNe may not be wishing Kim to return to the show, she does have bittersweet feelings because she is now the last original woman standing. “It’s kind of sad because we began the journey together, and we were on this journey for a reason and now that I’m the only one standing, I have my own little pity party,” NeNe reveals.
