Today Oct. 14, 2013 Trick Jarrett revealed Nekusar, the Mindrazer, a brand new "Magic: The Gathering" card, spoiled in a post to Reddit.com. Nekusar, the Mindrazer will be featured in the Grixis deck "Mind Seize" alongside Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge in Wizards of the Coast's upcoming multiplayer product "Commander (2013 Edition)."

At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player draws an additional card.
Whenever an opponent draws a card, Nekusar, the Mindrazer deals 1 damage to that player.
His enemies wondered if the lich king's brutal death and unnatural rebirth had been his plan all along.
Nekusar, the Mindrazer is a walking Howling Mine and Underworld Dreams combined. Players will grudgingly accept Nekusar, the Mindrazer because they'll be drawing an additional card each turn. Meanwhile, they'll all slowly be inching closer to their deaths each draw step while you reap Nekusar, the Mindrazer's benefit without taking any damage from it.
Nekusar, the Mindrazer is especially deadly when combined with mass draw effects like Whispering Madness or Jace's Archivist. Don't want your opponents to get the extra card advantage? Try using Notion Thief or Consecrated Sphinx if you really want to blow through your library.
Because Nekusar, the Mindrazer is a Zombie it can survive Call to the Grave, boost Endless Ranks of the Dead, and recur Gravecrawler. Let's not forget Nekusar, the Mindrazer is also a Wizard, allowing it to interact with a plethora of other cards as well. There's an overwhelming amount of possibilities to explore with the card, and you can bet it'll be appearing as many player's commander.
