Neil Young and Crazy Horse continue adding dates in drips and drabs to their summer 2014 European tour.
According to an update posted Feb. 18 at Thrasherswheat.com, the legendary Canuck singer-songwriter and his “on again-off again” backing band has confirmed a new festival appearance Aug. 8 in Colomar, France at Alsatian Wine Fair.
The "Heart of Gold" hitmaker, who has been touring solo thus far in 2014, has gradually been tacking on new Crazy Horse dates to several previously announced make up appearances in Germany, England, Ireland and Belgium, which had been axed by Young and company last summer when their 2013 Euro Alchemy Tour leg was cut short due to a hand injury suffered by guitarist Frank "Poncho" Sampedro.
The new European trek kicks off on July 10 in Cork, Ireland with a Live at the Marque appearance.

Young's latest release is "Live at the Cellar Door," an new archive offering recorded live at a six-night stand in late 1970 at a Washington, D.C. club.
