Because of his character's unfortunate demise in the second Harold and Kumar flick, Harold and Kumar Escape From Guatanamo Bay, no one expected Neil Patrick Harris to return for round three. But, it seems there's nothing NPH can't do, including returning from the dead. Hollywood.com confirmed today that he will be back for A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas.
No details have been released about his role in the upcoming movie, which Kal Penn and John Cho are currently shooting in Michigan. In the meantime, Neil is busy working on the live action/computer animated version of The Smurfs with George Lopez, Alan Cumming, Hank Azaria, and Sofia Vergara.
You can get your NPH fix all summer with reruns of his show How I Met Your Mother on Houston's KHOU 11.
