  • Opportunity to work at or slightly above your skill level
  • Formalized acculturation program
  • Established program, with committed resources, and a clearly assigned supervisor or mentor
  • Exposure to various departments and/or functions
  • A defining project and, if at all possible, a resulting project
  • An established channel of consideration for permanent hire
