Dani: “I thought that once someone leaves you, they don’t get to come back.”
Connor: “Aww Santino, people deserve second chances. Don’t you think?”
Dani: “I guess it depends on what they’ve done.”

This finale is basically tying up loose ends. There aren’t too many answers given, however. The only thing that is revealed is that there is proof that Connor had a hand in the V3 clinic. It’s something the viewers have suspected, but now there is proof. Unfortunately, this proof is rushed. It would have been great to spend more time with Hutch as he talks about his meeting with Connor. There’s the implication that Hutch is going to go to the Feds with Nico, but it is never concrete. Connor’s fate is still up in the air. What do you think will happen to Connor?
TK shows a lot of character growth in this episode. He was initially introduced as a selfish jerk who did whatever it took to win. This is no longer the case. He sacrifices his own health in the end in order to secure a win for his team, knowing that he would be done for the season. TK has had some rough storylines this season, namely his love affair with Sheera. Thankfully, this ends on a good note . He realizes Sheera is only using love in order to get places. It has been hard to believe that Sheera was completely innocent, so it is great to have some verification. Not only is Sheera gone, but the writers manage to use the Sheera debacle to delve more into TK’s character. What did you think of TK’s decision during the game?
Here are quick thoughts on elsewhere in the episode. Surprisingly, there is a lot revealed about Nico in this episode. It’s great to have these little tidbits. That being said, it’s still hard to completely buy Nico and Dani’s relationship as something serious. Perhaps, it’s because Nico is still mysterious. One of the best things about this episode is that is a TK and Dani therapy session. It has been so long! Now, normally finales leave viewers with a sense of where the show will be headed. There really isn’t any clue in this finale. Will Dani be leaving V3? Will she open her own therapy practice again or perhaps go back with a sports team? It would have been great to have been given a hint about what is to come. What did you think of the episode?
