Dani’s newest clients are rockstars, and Dani happens to be a fan. Honestly this isn’t the most entertaining case that Dani has taken on. Between trying to distinguish the Paul and David takes a minute, and then there isn’t much really there. The writers are juggling too many storylines in this episode, and the case comes off confusing. They need to either simplify the cases or take out a storyline in an episode. Dani’s fan girl moments are one thing that really works with this case. It’s just a different light to see her in. What did you think of Dani’s newest clients?
Dani is still going to therapy, and this time her dreams are up for discussion. Her interactions with Al, her therapist are great. He manages still to be entertaining even in short bursts where Dani and her dream sequences do most of the talking. Now what’s slightly confusing is all the therapist to therapist talk. Since Dani is a shrink, she starts to analyze her own dreams to which Al corrects her and offers her a vague comment or shrink term that gets Dani to say something else. Just when you think you understand what is happening with Dani, one of them disproves it. The writers will just have to be watchful of that. It’s not a huge issue or anything, but it’s there. What did you think of all of Dani’s dreams?
Here are quick thoughts on elsewhere in the episode. TK is trying to get everyone to start treating him like the man who he is trying to be, not the man who he was. This is proving to be difficult, and his new arrangement with Juliette doesn’t help matters. The two of them are great to watch. Speaking of Juliette, she is still struggling. It’s great to watch her cause chaos, but the writers need to go back to exposing more of what’s troubling Juliette. The scene with her and Dani at the cemetery is great. Now it seems that Ray Jay is noticing some issues with her, and so maybe he can be the one to get her to open up a bit. What do you think?
