After a bomb detonates in the dressing room at a military charity concert, the NCIS team must determine if the target was a washed-up ‘80s rocker or if the bomb was part of a larger scheme. Sifting through clues and looking at all the angles, the team has their hands full as the event was a charity concert.

Meanwhile, Jimmy prepares for fatherhood, in his neurotic but loving way. The team is supportive, but as everyone knows Jimmy Palmer sometimes can be a little dramatic when he is uncomfortable with a situation.

What is not to love about having a chance to see Keith Carradine star in a great role on NCIS? He may not be "Kung Fu" fighting, but he is fighting for his life in so many other ways.
