In the next "NCIS" season 11 episode, the team is going to be turning to a social networking site for a bit of help, as revealed in the new sneak preview of episode 3, "Under the Radar," CBS released Tuesday, Oct. 1.
In this next "NCIS" episode, the team has to rely on Twitter for a case involving a missing Navy Lieutenant. Meanwhile, McGee (Sean Murray) misplaces his badge, but he withholds the information from Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the authorities. Uh-oh, McGee. This isn't like when Tony (Michael Weatherly) couldn't find his phone. Where did he leave your badge?
With Ziva leaving NCIS, the team is not going to replace her right away. First, there are going to be a couple of different agents, much like "Bones" has the rotating squinterns of the week, and first up is Roma Maffia guest starring as Vera Strickland, who shares a past with Gibbs. The "Under the Radar" promo to the left offers a look at Vera. "You're looking good there, Leroy," she tells Gibbs. Meanwhile, there's a bomb aboard a plane, and it's time to turn to Twitter for help, specifically the hashtag "FindThisPlane. "Hashtag this could work boss," Tony says. "What's a hashtag?" Gibbs asks. Uh… this is going to be good.
"NCIS" season 11 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS. What do you think of the episode 3 "Under the Radar" promo?
