Wickersham will be debuting on "NCIS" as NSA Analyst Eleanor "Ellie" Bishop with the Tuesday, Nov. 19 episode as someone who is a mysterious mix of analytic brilliance, fierce determination and idealism who specializes in international threat assessment and global preparation. Executive producer Gary Glasberg has said, "Emily Wickersham’s Ellie Bishop is proving to perfectly compliment the NCIS team. Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious. Great things are planned for Bishop and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her on board."
Bishop's introduction will come when they learn that SecNav was bugged during a confidential briefing, something she described in exact detail two years prior in a threat analysis report. She joins Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Tony (Michael Weatherly), and McGee (Sean Murray) to help them solve the case, and it sounds like Gibbs is going to like what he sees since she's sticking around. After all, no one joins Gibbs' team unless he gives his okay. Check out the photo to the left for a first look at her working with the team.
"NCIS" season 11 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS. Emily Wickersham makes her debut in the Nov. 19 episode. What do you think of Bishop and this first look?
