"NCIS: Los Angeles" is bringing the action to CBS, and now fans are being given new details about the Deeks and Kensi story line from the man in charge. On Friday, Oct. 11, TV Line shared the latest comments made about the pair by Shane Brennan.
The relationship of Deeks and Kensi was forever changed at the end of season three. The kiss and the torture Deeks experienced during the season finale changed everything, and the pair cannot go backward now. Shane Brennan teased the following to TV Line:
Their relationship can’t go back to normal, because things have changed. We play that out through the first 10 episodes of the season, and then there’s a quite shocking moment in Episode 10 that throws everything awry. And then there’s very much a big, big shock around Episode 18, for both of them, that affects their relationship again.
As for Daniela Ruah's real life pregnancy, Brennan made it clear that a pregnacy for Kensi this season is not planned. Fans will want to keep tuning in to see what comes next for Deeks and Kensi though because their journey is just beginning.
As for the other characters on the show, Brennan also teased some about Nell to TV Line as well. She will be seen out in the field this season, and she will also fire her weapon later this season as well.
"NCIS Los Angeles" will continue to air on Tuesday nights on CBS.
