"NCIS: Los Angeles" will air an all-new episode on Channel 5 in Tempe on Tuesday night. On Friday, March 1, Spoilers Guide shared the photos released for this week's episode, "NCIS: LA" episode 4.17 titled "Wanted." On the episode teased in these new photos, fans will see the return of Sam Hanna's wife. Sam is played by LL Cool J on the series, and his wife is played by Aunjanue Ellis. Sam will be concerned for his family's safety when his wife is asked to pick up a CIA cover. She is called back in when a case is tied to stolen nukes and Sidorov.
Chris O'Donnell headed behind the camera for this episode, and this was his first time directing an episode of the series. He spoke about working behind the camera in an interview with CBS News. He said the following:
"I have a whole new appreciation for how many people work on the show. I mean, it really is -- as an actor, you think it's just the crew that you see on the set every day. Suddenly when you direct, you have your two weeks of pre-production and meeting everyone in the office, that sort of thing. The post-production which was a great experience, getting to go in and, you know, you see the kind of basic assembly that an editor [has] put together."
O'Donnell did not reveal if he would want to work behind the camera again. Fans are buzzing about this series on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
That episode of #NCISLA is probably one of my favorites. Top five, for sure.
