Week 2 of the NCAA college football live stream and TV schedule action will be in high gear today with over 50 games being played across the country. One game many college fans will be parked in front of their televisions, computers or smart phones this Saturday evening is Notre Dame vs. Michigan at 8:00 p.m. EST.
According to a SB Nation report on Sept. 6, both of these teams come into this game 1-0 and are both injury free. However the buildup for this game is hitting epic levels as even the head coaches for both sides have fired shots at each other over the past few weeks.
Back in mid-May this year Michigan coach Brady Hoke called Notre Dame “chicken” for ending their rivaly with the Wolverines. Earlier this week Notre Dame coach, Brian Kelly said he thinks it’s no big deal because there is no “rivalry” between these two schools.
All that may sound petty, but believe me it’s not!
Tonight you are going to see a lot of hard hitting and trash talk as these two teams have grown to build up some on the field animosity.
Enough of the name calling, what matters to these two teams is who has more points when the scoreboard hits 0:00.
There may be 11 men on each side of the ball every play, but make no mistake the team whose QB plays better tonight will most likely win this big match-up.
Notre Dame QB Tommy Rees had a career game last week vs. Temple throwing for 326 yards and 3 touchdowns. Rees has been up and down in his career but has always had the skills that many feel will take him to the next level.
Michigan is back to running more of a pro-style offense with Devin Gardner in control. Gardner started slow last week vs. Central Michigan, but the Wolverines and Hoke have confidence that Gardner can lead them to victory.
