NCAA basketball 2014: Indiana vs Michigan State odds, online & TV coverage

The Indiana vs. Michigan State live stream online and TV schedule NCAA basketball game tonight is one of the biggest of the day, but don't tell that to MSU coach Tom Izzo.

According to a Sportsline report on Jan. 21, the Big Ten conference is one of the toughest in the country when it comes to college hoops, but if you hear Coach Izzo speak, you would think his Spartans are nowhere near ready to compete with the other teams in the conference.

Well, at least not yet.

"We're getting there," coach Tom Izzo said. "We're gutting things out. We're better defensively than we were a month ago. We're better rebounding than we were a month ago."

Izzo is one of the greats at making his team sound a bit worse than they really are, but the Spartans coach also know that Indiana will test MSU tonight.

With the Hoosiers, it seems to be anyone's guess which team will show up from game to game.

After handing the re-hot Wisconsin Badgers their first loss of the season last Tuesday, the Hoosiers fell 54-47 to Northwestern at home this past Saturday. Talk about a major let down.

No matter what team shows up tonight in East Lansing, Tom Izzo wants his team to be ready.

Recent history indicates Indiana has won three of four against Michigan State, but all of those wins came when the Hoosiers were in the Top 25, including Indiana breaking Michigan State's 17-game home win streak in the series last Feb. 19.

Vegas odds makers have the Spartans as a 12 point favorite tonight, with the over/under number set at 138.

The game tips at 7:00 p.m. EST and can be seen on ESPN and WatchESPN.
