The North Carolina State at Syracuse University men’s basketball game has been moved from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. due to weather related travel issues. The winter storm that has caused so much damage, deaths, and power outages along with several basketball games being postponed continues to affect the east coast.

The Dome gates will open at 5:00 p.m., two hours before tip-off. The Carrier Dome Box Office opened this morning at 9:00 a.m.

**Carrier Dome staff should report four hours later than their originally scheduled start time.

The storm has caused several games to be changed including the big North Carolina/Duke game which will now be played just two days before the SU/Duke rematch.

The Wolfpack has won five of its last six contests and is coming off an 82-67 win over Wake Forest. Syracuse (24-0, 11-0), in its first season as a member of the ACC, has been ranked No. 1 since the Feb. 3rd. Syracuse, along with Wichita State, is one of just two remaining unbeaten teams in college basketball. NC State owns six wins against the nation's top-ranked teams, with three coming against UNC, two over Duke and a win over Houston in the 1983 title game. On Jan. 12 of last season, the Wolfpack defeated No. 1 Duke 84-76 at PNC Arena. (Source-

The game is televised locally on The CW6, WSTQ, and on the radio at TK99.
