NBC's 'The Voice' season 2: Angel Taylor wows with Adele cover

We've seen a number of memorable performances on "The Voice" already this season, but there was one that managed to nonetheless stand out from the rest at the end of the show -- Angel Johnson.

Considering her voice has an airy feel to it, it's almost an appropriate first name for the singer to have -- and she also managed to deliver a rather stellar cover of Adele's hit "Someone Like You," a song that would sound overplayed by many who choose to audition to it.

What came as a bit of a shock was seeing that Christina Aguilera didn't actually turn her chair around, leading to the other three coaches having to fight it out. Ultimately, Angel decided to go with the coach who really seemed to fight for her the hardest in Adam Levine -- even over her crush Blake Shelton.
